I once had in my possession a photo-copy of the Sartain Family Tree which was commissioned by John Sartain of Philadelphia. Unfortunately I have lost it, lent it to someone or misplaced it!

 I recently took a copy of the following document from a micro-film that is obtainable from the LDS Family History Centre in Townsville. It is available from any LDS FHC around the world.  This document is an amended version of the copy that I held.

 An addendum to the original document is stapled to the front page.
